I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Veliky Novgorod. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location. The hotel is situated right across from five beautiful churches, and it's just a short walk to the city center. There are also excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. I stayed on the third floor and enjoyed a lovely view from my room. The basic amenities were all provided, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including porridge, sausages, and pancakes. it was a very good stay.

I spent Christmas at this hotel and I must say the decoration was lovely, the lobby was festive and welcoming. the hot chocolate they offered was delicious and perfect for the cold weather. the hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to many restaurants and shops. the heating in the room worked well and kept us warm during the chilly nights.

My stay at the hotel was ruined by the noise. the walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway.

This hotel is a gem in terms of its value for money. With its attention to detail, clean and modern rooms, and excellent breakfast, it definitely exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, right in front of the major sightseeing spots and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist.

The building is absolutely stunning and so picturesque, perfect for a romantic getaway. The room we stayed in was well appointed with beautiful decor and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location, very close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. It was also a wonderful touch to have access to bicycles for free, allowing us to explore the city at our leisure.

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. The selection was very limited and not particularly appetizing.
